Lined steel pipe
An unlined slurry line does not wear evenly: it opens at the elbow and takes the plant outage with it.
We supply steel pipe with an internal anti-abrasive lining, fabricated as flanged spools for direct installation in line. The lining is selected by particle size, flow velocity and working temperature.
Rubber absorbs impact in coarse slurry, ceramic resists pure wear from fine high-velocity particles, and polyurethane gives an intermediate balance of resistance and weight.
